I popped along to Whittington Castle yesterday to watch and re-enactment of the Battle of Almeida. Always a cracking photo Op. Here are some highlights.

It is a lovely venue. Take a look at their website as there will be other events like this coming up.

I had a day of coffee snobbery.

A really informative and educational visit to a local roasters. Watched the beans toast from green to brown, came home with a kilo of coffee and enjoyed an expresso made with beans just roasted earlier in the day.
