New bike yesterday, caught the train to Brighton and then rode it back. First ride of 160 miles, but it was awesome. I do very much ache today though, but it was worth it!
  Finally one with me too. I now understand why litre plus bikes are so popular.  It was effortlessly pulling both of us and a very heavy 55Litre pack to acceptable speeds!

Likely my only overnight biking trip this year due to situations at work,
I headed to the North Carolina mountains for the bank holiday weekend here July 2-4. Here's me enjoying some fine roads on the SV:
