Tbh it’s not so much the fact that I have to vacate the property, it’s the way it was done. Serving a section 21 notice on a tenant of 25 years standing and with a perfect rent payment record, with no discussion or explanation does not seem to me to be a very good way of doing things.

It's temporary, and a bit grubby, with nowhere under cover for the bike and no proper garden. I guess it's better than sleeping in my car though.....
