Was just wondering why we hadn't seen you about here mate.

Just remember, when doing the bus shelters, if it looks and smells like spunk, dont taste it to make sure..

When you're in King's Lynn you might get a BJ in a bus shelter

I've been very hard at work trying to please the boss on my 6 month probation period. Rideouts are looking a bit bleak for me this year since Sundays are classed as a working day for me.

As for spunk, that's something pleasant compared to some stuff in the shelters.

I hope they are ruddy quick, I'm only allocated something like 4 minutes per shelter.

Well this weekend i finally got round to getting my rear subframe repaired and gave it a respray fitted it back on the bike and a few bits to it. Fitted my fender extender although the mudguard is still of the bike plus i checked the valve clearances on the rear and found all of them are to tight never got round to checking the front hopefully they'll be with tolerance so i only need the rear shimmed. Also bought a slightly damaged set of lowers just need a bit of tlc and a respray plus a fitting kit which i need to get ordered from robinsons. And i've found out from another member that HEL will give me 25% discount for being in the armed forces so i'll be ordering a set of hoses from them soon

That's good to know, I might order some braided lines through a friend then

Are you getting 2 lines for the front or having the 3 line arrangement as Suzuki do by standard? As I never dealt with this sort of thing before I didn't know whether going with 2 lines rather than 3 (1 then 2) is okay to do? I assume both ends would fix onto the lever end next to each other if you used 2 lines? Anything else needed for 2 lines to work such as bolts etc?

edit: Just noticed brake-lines.co.uk have a 10% off for Jan too...

Yeah, just pricing up the front and back on the site now, might just buy it with the 10% off, saves all the messing about with the relatives up in Edinburgh...

There are too many colours though, black for a black bike or go with the clear and silver for the unmessed with look...?

Would the 2 line setup fit as is on the front do you think?

To fit a RACE set up, you'll need a double banjo bolt at the mastercyclinder

Ah gotcha, I assume it's the better approach going with 2 lines? Better balance or makes no difference?

edit: m10 x 1.25 - one of these at £5 ish: http://www.merlinmotorsport.co.uk/p2...duct_info.html
