Went out last night and attached a bag on the back of the bike with a bungee for the first time. Now the rear left indicator doesn't work. Bulb is OK and so are the connectors. As that is the limit of my expertise, the bike is off to my mechanic friend tomorrow. More expense!

That's what it looks like to me too. Beyond my expertise as I have NO mechanical or electrical aptitude at all. At least I will get mates rates for the repair.

My SMX4s haven't let in a drop in the 5 years I've had them.

My 365 goretex gloves on the other hand are complete poop

Doesn't happen, but he takes that to mean he can do what he wants. I run stuff past him to make sure I'm not ****ing things up for him. Not much to expect the same in return.... seeing as I'm the one paying.

If you don't like something he's done, make him change it. If it costs him money, he'll not do it again. You're probably not going to get a christmas card from him anyway...
