I'd go for the latter. i was walking round Tufnel Park last night and nearly fell over a few times on the ice. Oxford was similarly slippery. Fortunatly I'd taklen the bus, not the bike.

The bangers at Wimbledon last night were pure carnage. Track was like an ice rink.

Well I bought some new warm kit on Saturday and then rode down to Swansea for the weekend as the weather was nice, and left the heated BM at home....................................What a chuffing stupid idea!!!!
I've never been so cold in my life and my nice new kit has been blackened by road salt. When I got to my local roads I had to pootle along in case I lowsided it at 1 mph.
