Right people, having had an incident a few weeks ago where my sleeping bag locked up my back wheel at 80mph.
Straps, bungees etc. Don't rely on them. Even if they are damm tight one failure can cause grief. Double up.

198 miles in mid wales, light rain but fairly warm, just grabbing breakfast.
