Might not make the ride out, had an accident tonight Not serious but the bike needs some work doing on the insurance now...rear brake lever and foot peg knackered and scratches on the exhaust, fairing panels, brake lever and bar end...not a happy bunny, I got pulled out on when filtering down the outside of queued traffic and lost the front end under braking in the wet...

Just read your post. Ouch At least you're not hurt and besides the scratches the damaged parts should be easily replaceable.

Gutted for you. Only ever dropped mine at a standstill, but just sat in the road and cried 'cos id scratched it.

It might as well been at a stand still to be fair, I was doing 10 mph at most....big question now is do I risk making a claim or try and fix it up myself...either way I think I'll trade in for a bike with ABS and better suspension!

Just fix it yourself. Man up and go to the ride few scratches never stopped anyone riding right?
