So many of my posts in this section involve alcohol for some reason.....

Just home from a cocktail making course at a local bar with work colleagues. What a total hoot. Made somethng the bar dreamt up called a Botanist, a daiquiri (don't remember the flavour) and a peach smash thing with bourbon and dry ice that was served in something resembling a plant pot. I was judged to have made the best looking Botanist so had to chug a tequila, one of the guys was driving so I had one of his cocktails, and when I got back from the gents I found another shot in front of me which I threw back - very nice, turned out to be absinthe at 80%ish. I can still feel my feet but I have a feeling I may zonk out in another hour or so.

Great news, can't imagine what you've been through, glad it's over for you and now you can get on with enjoying life again. It's a precious thing when something like this comes along.

I had a year like that last year, but for different reasons.
