A few people we know are moving back to UK from Spain......... (they are retired though and don't work in Spain anyway - Spanish have said they need to take out Spanish passport after brexit ).

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
I found my Christmas leftovers pie in the freezer. Turkey, parsnip, carrot, leek, cream and prosecco sauce wrapped in shortcrust pastry. I'm now too fat to move. Who ate all the pies. ME! With roast potatoes. I'm never going to fit the apple crumble in that I've just baked.

Re: Smile of the day - What is yours?
SIL nicked for drink driving last night. Well overdue, a persitant offender who thought he would never get caught. No I didn't grass him, but often tempted to.
Feel for my daughter though. He is/was a self employed painter/decorator. So no licence no job. with 3 kids it is going to be harder than it was with him spending most of his cash in the pub. Now he will be spending hers.
