I have today joined the east oxford car club - so i can hire cars by the hour for £4 - much cheaper than a taxi and there is a car club bay about 200 meters from my house! result! you just get posted a smart card which you use to access the cars, and you can book on line.

And... the teenager just made me a cup of tea!!!!!
