Sorry wasn't on comp last night, its a little road off the b road leads to a place called watlendlath and part way along you will see on the right a well trodden section of stone (car park in trees on the left ) called surprise view.

EEK my gods i was a lot slimmer then,

been off the cigs for 21 months now and gained a few stone been trying to loose it by cycling but its not working very well

the taste of food is too overpowering , now that i have taste buds again
