most mornings i cant physically eat until at least 2 hours after waking, if i try to eat i just feel sick. i have (or did have, dont know if these things "go") a hiatus hernia, whether that has an effect i dont know. if i do eat something when i get into work, piece of toast or whatever, i spend the rest of the day grazing

Normally, cereal of whatever kind is in the cupboard.

I'm in a hotel today so: sausage, bacon, criosant, pain-aux-chocolat, mini pastry thing, yoghurt, fruit... When I'm offsite I often have no time for lunch so stock up at brekkie. Feels odd but keeps me going until supper time.

Scrambled or poached egg on a slice of toast if I can be bothered, sometimes muesli or crunchy nut. Sometimes, but rarely, I'll have a croissant cos they're scrummy but always forget to buy them at the shops hence why its rare.

Its funny you say that.

I have never eaten anything for breakfast, even as a child I remember my mum trying to force some cereal down my throat before school. (I do eat brekky occasionally of course, just not regular. Maybe once every month tops)

I also have this busa style metabolism, which quite frankly, although was OK when I was younger is really starting to p1ss me off a bit.

I know I have a naturally high metabolism (most of my family have), but I wonder if this is making it loads worse?

Gonna try eat um...something for breakfast for a bit, see how it pans out

Usually a buttery or two...

Or croissant, or pancakes, or toast..

If its Friday or the weekend, some sort of meat in a roll with tomato sauce... Bacon, sausage, lorne, etc

I get up at 5:30 and take my medication
I need to wait at least an hour before eating
I walk the dog, shower and out to work at 6:15
Get to the office about 8:30

How the feck do I find time for breakfast?
