Re: road rage
Course the other way of looking at is from the drivers point of view, he may not have even realised you were there initially, but now he has someone who he may perceive as cutting him up,booting his door in, threatening him, you could be up for criminal damage, threatening behaviour, all sorts, who do you think a magistrate is gonna beleive ? good luck with it though.

Re: road rage
You need to be a bit careful here. The police will take a very dim view of you kicking **** out of this idiots car and you may well find that they do you for that, irrespective of the traffic incident or who was originally at fault there.Whatever the idiot did after you became threatening or violent will count for nothing,as he will claim he acted under duress from your behaviour.I do hope your witness is a good one,or you could end up in some serious bother here.

Re: road rage
oh no, guys sounds like a knob...
carry a hammer - if someone cuts you up, pretend you're cool...sit behind them for a bit...then hurl a hammer into their rear window (assuming there's no-one stiing in the back of course)...and then take a road off somewhere so they never once get a shot of the rear of your bike (ie number plate)... of course not really - but damn that'd be fun |
