You didn't see the first one then? Where the woman "tries" to pick the bike up - in reality she pretends she can't do it.

The tip they give in the first one, is if you can't pick it up, lay on the floor next to it until the next car comes past. Heypresto, you've just got your volunteer to help!!

EDIT: In the video you posted she starts with her bum too high, that's why it's hard to get it off the floor!

I watched it all Baph, I've seen it before. Although I prefer plan B, lay there until someone else comes along...lol

I agree. Every time I drop mine (and there have been a few occasions) I grab it by the bars, heave it up and get it off the road asap, injuring myself more in the process than in the fall.

I'm the same. I know, and have used the technique to lift a bike easily.

But whenever I've come off on the road, adrenaline means I've just grabbed it & yanked & thought "begger me this is heavy!" (or words to that effect).

Thanks, I'll bear that in mind! Would be interesting to see if i could do it!

Only problem, I don't have a handle at the back, so, I'm guessing try and find the frame?

I picked up my eliminator once, by both handlebars, on the left hand side, when it had fell on its right, just heaved it up!
BLoody well knew about it the next day!

anything strong enough to take a firm shove - pillion peg, subframe, etc. You can probably get away with pushing the plastics on many bikes - depends how much force you need to apply to get it up. A word of warning tho - doing its as shown, its very easy to shove it too far as it comes up more easily than expected and gets lighter the further up it goes.

Btw well done for getting the SV lowered enough - quite an accomplishment. I'd love to see it
