Re: Today at the Ponderosa
I can vouch for early(ish) starts. I left the house at 7:45am yesterday (Sunday) and there was hardly anything on the roads - no cars, wagons or bikes. A perfect, leisurely run to Bala, green lights all the way and I was at the lake café by 9:25. Just one forlorn bike cop with a speed gun by the Texaco garage on the road to Bala, you could see him half a mile away.

Re: Today at the Ponderosa
Bloody hell, it was a bit parky this morning - perhaps that was why I was the only bike at Lyn Tegid this morning. Lovely ride, though, hardly anything on the road. The only time I had to put a foot down on the way to Bala was when I stopped for petrol. Green lights all the way for the second time in a row

Re: Today at the Ponderosa
The wind has been really cold over the last few days. I cycled over to a client's house about 5 miles away yesterday and wished I'd put the full fingered gloves on instead of the fingerless ones!
