I wish there were more companies in the motorcycle industry that cared as much as this

That's a good result. I think FE does a tapered refund for missed wet sessions but I think at most you get 75% back.

I stopped doing track days with FE because of their attitude towards customers. NL on the other hand have always been first class and it's good to see that hasn't changed.
