Weightloss isnt just battering it out at the gym though, food consumption aswell sadly which is the harder part.

I think that defo sounds like a plan......

I'll weigh up tonight on the scales at home and take a snap of the dreaded number that turns up and start from there.
You might be better off weighing yourself in the morning tbh.

Yep thats how we used to run it. Weight yourself every Monday morning and then post up the results.

I'm in. I have put on another 5 kg over the last few months weighing in at a mighty 115kg at 6ft 3 - am more comfortable around 105kg. I put it down to to much work, bad diet and lack of sleep. Been meaning to get motivated but I hate running and cycling.

In January I weighed 15:7 stone. I have a fair bit of muscle, but was still way too heavy for my height (5' 10).

I now weigh.... *Runs to scales*

13:9

I've done F.A different to lose this weight except start work. :S

I'm a little fatty and I need to lose weight, my only problem is I'm a greedy little git.

I want to trim down from 86kg, so that my running gets a bit easier as I'm too heavy on my feet. I want to run a sub-4 marathon next year and if I'm honest a few pounds lighter would defo help.

My main problem is will power - since giving up smoking about 6.5 years ago on will power I seem to have none left!
