Similar thing (maybe the story you mention) bloke left padgets/autorama in Batley following a test ride he'd come to collect a bike he didnt even make it to Dewsbury before coming off near the viaduct.

On the road it was about a month and 7-800 miles on the 125. On the SV about 2 months.

Mate, you are probably more qualified to talk about what gear to wear (we was discussing yesterday for radicalry00) with all the off's you have had.

Still awaiting mine, come very close a few times but (touch wood) always just managed to catch it.

Closest two incidents have both been on the track though when trying to hard. One very close highside and one into the gravel lol

bout a year and a half of road riding. Was only a minor off, then managed to do it again twice that month! I think my confidence had taken a hit so I let my nerves get the better of me.

I crashed all the time on MX and field bikes, but that's all part of the fun (you bounce better when you're a kid).

Got on my mates italjet 50 monkey bike thing when i was wee and smashed it into his dads brand new range rover...i coulsnt reach the brakes. Got my 50 race rep and threw that down the road the day after my CBT, went into school and slipped off on diesel about 4 months later. Failed my test first time for allegedy leaving an indicater on (i f*cking didnt) and then got on the bike moved about 5 foot and slid off still in the test centre because of a huge diesel patch i dont know how i didnt see it. then got my bandit and hit the kerb at about 80 about three months after, brand new helmet. first time it got used
