Lots of racking, a bike lift, a couple of ground anchors (can weld you up some Y anchors if you want), some decent tool chests, a good solid bench with vice. A good stereo.

And the next time you pass a pound shop, them packs of 10 assorted metal screw in hooks are great for the roof beams.....

We have a katana and a "hunting knife" in the bedroom. Not kept immediately accessible, but handy if you need to scare someone. By "hunting knife" I think the manufacturers didn't like Klingon's, as it looks like something from a star trek fight! Both weapons are live bladed.

As for pimping the garage, a hydraulic lift is on my shopping list (unless I have enough space after building the workshop to put a pit in!).

And another thing, dont go buying one of them hand towel dispensery things, they're not needed and you can save your cash for a new tool.

What you want is some industrial blue roll (you know the stuff) with a string through the middle. Tie up at each end, perfect. I invented that I did.
