I've got a Gixxer headstock nut that allows you to insert one of the ball type holders into the hole the OEM nut covers, a waterproof ultimateaddons case and a USB socket for charging.
Hardly noticeable when there's no phone attached and you can use the phone in the case if you need to. |

I use a quadlock on my SV and on my bicycle. It's never ever failed and it's super subtle.
