Re: AR ride in (late edition)
Just voted the wrong option. Idiot.
Anyhow, providing I can source a tent/place in a tent etc, then I'll be free from 5.30 on that Friday, so am able to meet wherever is most convenient for everyone else. |

Re: AR ride in (late edition)
Right folks, just over 2 weeks to do this, where do you want to meet? I am not keen on the ace as I have to go in and then back out. But where does everybody else want to meet?

Re: AR ride in (late edition)
Assuming that we're all coming from different parts of London / surrounding areas, and that we want to take as direct a route as possible...
I'd suggest Fleet services on the M3 - they're first ones as you head out of London and they're outside the M25 too. Any thoughts? |

Re: AR ride in (late edition)
I like that idea. Gives everyone a chance to fuel up* so that we know everyone is at the same level, and maybe grab a quick snack.
* You will have to be extremely creative in order to tell me another joke about how much fuel my bike uses that I haven't heard of before. |

Re: AR ride in (late edition)
Yeah, M3 is probably on everyone's route from London to the AR. Works for me.

What time is early evening? Are we doing a nice motorway bimble?
(Raf's bike drinks so much petrol that when it cuts itself gravy pours out) |

Snot for me I gotta work out where I'm going from. Choices are too many. Ace, Box Hill, Newbury - dunno - but they all start in Colchester!
