Thats why I went for the 1000cc V-2 its all about going aroung the coners and getting out of them, the streight lines just arnt as fun imo.

Not me. I'm happy with the SV although I have been through the supersports route.

I took Messie's RSVR out. Got rid of her chicken strips for her, brought it back and decided I'd kill myself if I owned it.

whilst i enjoy caning the cr@p out my 600 hornet, my sv 1000 is just sublime. i went from a "cant see the point in a thou" to not looking back once i had one.
I quite like not feeling the need to cane it, bit of a power trip in a way i suppose. quite enjoy not having to tap dance through the gear box all the time.

i think thats what appeals to me, going from a 750 IL4 to a 1000v2, having the oomph out of the corners without having the bike screaming was very nice
