Looks brilliant. Well done. Just make sure no one votes for 2 - 4 July as that is the only weekend I have to work.

We managed to get lost finding the pub this year - even though we live in Chelmsford - so we may try and follow someone else there!

it is fabbo..

they done a great job..

whatever the weatehr its all covered.. and if the weather is nice.. WOW.. the views are brilliant..

oh and dont forget the roads there are some of the best around.. It will be tremendous..

There is a petrol station right opposite the entrance too.. only 6 pumps.. but common sense and staggered fill ups prior to the rid out and on return should see it accomodate us.. its a big long drive which is impressive..

I , like fizz was very very impressed and cant thank Grunt n Hovis et al for all their hard work..

There's a pool?... Better get to the gym to loose my spare tyre then. Can't be running around a pool with an unsightly overhang!

Me and Quiff also have a date with that pool table... Hopefully before I've consumed too much beer this time!

I'll could also bring some tunes so we can hijack that nightclub!... The conga anyone? lol

I'm looking forward to this already!
