It's a village just about in between Salisbury and Winchester, just by the villages of Over wallop and Wallop not very interesting in itself but, it is home to the Army's helicopter flying school and has the museum of army flying. They hold some great air displays there throughout the year.

I've just returned from a long weekend buggying in Newquay with some top weather. Hope the wind is up for Wallop.

as you'd expect the day after spending £200+ on panniers and camping stuff the forecast has changed to rain every day of the festival, so i probably won't go...

i don't fly on land any more, although i used to do a lot of landboarding - i only really kitesurf now (being on the isle of wight it makes sense) - i was going to go up to see some old friends
