The first section of the coast road heading up from Larne is at sea level until you reach Cushendall you then head up into part of the Glens of Antrim as you go towards Ballycastle a few sharp bends on this road that can catch you out.
From Ballycastle to Coleraine & Portrush is a variety of hills and back to sea level.
There are no roads close to the cliff edge.

well we'll(2 of us )be on the ferry on the thursday(11th) morn @7.30 cairnryan-larne .anybody else up this way going over?

I'll be on the 15:00 fast ferry from Cairn Ryan.....hoping to make the evening practice session. I will be heading back the following Tuesday.

Now what's the betting that it will be raining!!

Nice to hear from anyone who plans to be at the Ballysally roundabout.we always sit there and I reckon get a pretty good view,

I'll be riding up from Dublin around 15:00 on the friday. Not sure where the best place is to watch the racing. At the Ulster GP I got a place on the hair pin and that was great.
