Better to just folow them when they park up. Point out the error of there ways when no one can see you.

Haha did that a good few years back (pre mobile phones so he couldn't call for help) followed a bloke and sat along side him on his own drive where he hid in his car pretending not to see me, just like when he cut me up. It took him a full half an hour of sitting in his car to eventually open his window a crack and say sorry

If you have an empty 500ml bottle, all you need are BBs and a 6mm pipe.

You can just squeeze the bottle for 5-10 round bursts.
