Is it a higher insurance group or something? Just had quotes for fully comp on me SV1000 (I'm 25) with Carole Nash and Bennetts for less than ?250. TPFT was only ?120 with Bennetts.

How did you go on with the insurance in the end, Bennetts were very good, but EBike knocked 150 quid off that.

The SV1000 is a real peach, and really easy to ride - it's not an animal at all. I had no trouble with insurance either. I had my no claims taken uip on my 2007 ZX6R, so insured it with no no-claims for £260 Fully Comp for a 32 yr old in Wigan. I'm paying £180 for an RD250 LC on classic insurance - work that one out
