Well I'm glad to hear you did the responsible thing and suitably cushioned the fall of your bike. Bumps and bruises can be fixed by Mum, but bike repairs cost money y'know!

Glad it wasn't more serious, same thing happened to my mate on sat, car drove straight into the back of him and pushed the numberplate into the rear tyre

Same thing happened to the mrs other night but with a people carrier, knocked her off at the side though, badly injured her leg and knee but she's still riding!

thats bad to hear Stu, I can't beleive the driver didn't stop, they were probably drunk or uninsured or something. I'd still tell the police, you have to give them maximum chance to find them.

Bummer mate. At least there was very little damage. Still, it'd be nice of the car driver to pay for a new jacket wouldn't it?

There are various setups on the org, and I don't want to derail this thread. A search should bring up more than enough information. If I do change bikes, I'm planning to invest in a full camera rig (multiple cameras, multiple angles etc).
