The wife bites hers, they looks awful and she goes on the defensive whenever I comment. I wish there was a foolproof way of stopping her. But Pete as Lynne is originally from Liverpool Street and then Lower Broughton I guess they must become immune for her to have survived till I rescued her to civilisation.

I tend to pick mine, only because I am too lazy to cut them. At present there is probably about 3/16" of clear nail.

bloody hell, 3/16 = about 4.7625mm roughly give or take a few nibbles
