Both are handy, but if it comes to it then..........

I got round this by showing the wife my life insurance policy. She made me buy a bigger bike!

Unless you cant imagine life without her, tell her the bike stays. Dont be walked over at any stage because once they get an inkling that you'll compromise, they'll start taking the p&ss. If she doesnt like it then theres a load of girls who would love a ride on the bike
