Mmm, odd, im sure ive not eaten that many pies yet. Duno my ZX6 feals more harsh than the SV at times. The rear is harder than stock too with a proper penske. Its fun, i just dont want to dish out loada money on the SV, ive still got to sort the clutch out.

If you read racetch, they are saying 90kg springs for track use for me ... feck that!! ... I had 85s in and I had to get them out ASAP!! The racetech site is only a recommendation, personal preference is the key here ... and I like to have suspension that actually moves

I'm 75 ish kg, plus gear.

According to the racetech website the SRAD has slightly stiffer springs anyway, so I'll see how I find them with fresh oil in.
