Ryyyt.... Im not very wise on the whole thing i just want to get it done the most straight forward way possible... Would i be able to powder coat it myself or would i have to go to a spcecialist and get it done?

I was going to get the Universal Rsend bracket from motrax for it?

Nah you've got to take it for someone else to powdercoat, the powders put on to stick by static electricity then baked to a tough finish. It isn't much more than a couple of cans of paint and the other sundries you need though.

Dizzyblonde recently got 2 rear subframes and front subframe done for £15 iirc.

The Rse-end brackets fine, but why not just bend your own out of sheet?

Ohh right i'll take it into consideration.... Just like the Rsend bracket looks smart and i like the fact that you can adjust it.

I'm happy you guys are still using my template. I've posted that ages ago. It was also a problem for me to scan the cardboard mock-up from which the final trace was done in Macromedia Freehand. I put in that ruler so as you get the final printout as near to scale as possible as size problems where obviously anticipated. The best thing would be to find a friend to print this on an A3 printer other wise add a lot of crosses here and there on a paint program so as to aid you assemble a tiled print from a word processor. I'd put the file on an A4 page in 'WORD' and print a section at a time, do multiple prints and assemble the lot with tape. crease the final assemble in two to check that it mirrors correctly cut it out and check it against the sv's rear.

Maybe someone living nearby can post you a cardboard template?

Best thing to do is print it from a program such as Adobe illustrator or Macromedia freehand. If you don't have these progs see if a mate has. What you've got to do is make your document the size of the paper you have in your printer, then import the template into that seeing that the scale is right against the program's rulers and printing it part by part without scaling. You will obviously have to tile print as the template is larger than your paper.

Or failing that, ask if someone can send you a template made from 2mm ally or 22 gauge stainless
