I have that Xena and it's great: it's not as sensitive as the smaller models, which means it doesn't go off accidentally as often. It's hefty and feels like it would do the trick. Haven't bothered to get the adaptor for a chain because I think separating the disc lock from the chain is more secure - thieves have to deal with two different things rather than breaking both at once.

What part of the swingarm are you guys putting your chains through? Surely just looping it around the swingarm means they can take the rear wheel off and slide the chain off the swingarm? I'd love to be able to put my chain through the frame under the tank but it's an Almax and is too big to fit through the gap.

i kept my rifle in close reach when i had some one trying to nick my cage, they soon learnt when a half naked bloke was chasing them down the road with a rifle.

if you want to go all out, take the back wheel off and put it indoors, i think kwak did this when some one looked in his shed, as well as chain it up to buggery

Thanks for this. It looks a terrific piece of kit, but so should be for 100 shekels.

Just get a yellow curvey with a top box, you'll be fine.

oh, you have.

Seriously, these guys would've been looking for high end stuff, they can get some quick money for; new gsxrs, cbrrrrrrrrs, r1/r6 and ducatis.
Doubt very much that an 'x yr old sv' is on their 'steal to order' shopping lists.

But as Shaw Taylor says; "keep 'em peeled"
