6 'o' clock?! Have a laugh! Go on then if you don't mind. I'll probably be over about 11 or 12. Selling some tyres to a fella on the way up there. Frozen North apparently means North of the Watford gap. I'm only going to Lincolnshire. I'll bell you a bit before.

'fraid it's not as simple as that. For 48 hours after injury, you're meant to apply the R.I.C.E principle; rest, ice, compression, elevation but that can't really be done for a back injury. You're meant to use ice for 48 hours (20 minutes on, 20 minutes off) then you can use heat. The heat just relaxes the muscle making the pain more bearable. Hope this helps!
