Mine has a slight tappy noise every so often, might be just the injectors and you listening for issues now you have one.

Hope it gets sorted for you quickly

that is exactly what i did this morning and checked t when i got to work and there was a definate little trickle .

I also let the bike warm up properly before i set off as well.

No courtesy bike for warranty work? Sounds a bit odd to me. Get on the phone to Kawasaki UK and express your displeasure at finding yourself in this bikeless situation.

Could you see where the trickle was coming from? Like, was it from a cover, a bolt, something like that near the front end of the engine?

I think my "help" is now going round in circles

nah unfortunatly i could not see exactly where it was comming from!!

Damn, thats a shame.

If you had an SV, you could be damn sure it would be coming from the clutch cover
