They may have to damage the paintwork to straighten it out. I handed them a jet black wheel that started life as blue:
"We weren't sure what colour to touch it up with..."
"It's cool, I paid you to straighten it, not clean it"

Got the wheel back yesterday (Monday 8th) only sent it last Wednesday, must say what a great job they've done and they've sprayed the damaged bit back Silver again........ job well done £65.00 including the carriage back to me......

Looks like a job well done! Feeling a lot happier about the doing the same thing with my rear wheel. Did you have to strip the wheel down, or just take off the tyre?

Well, I've just got my wheel back and it looks really good! Just need to fit the tyre and give it a couple days to make sure it holds air. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction mate!
