Nice to know your dad is ok - clearly bonkers though by the looks of the bike and its location after that off

Popped down to the hospital this morning before work. He had some more xrays yesterday and found he has broken a few more bones. Right ankle and his right wrist must now be included in the original list. He currently has both arms in plaster and his leg.
Thanks for all the well wishes guys. He has read the forum a few times. I am going to go look at the bike tomorrow as it is at a recovery place just up the road from where I work. Will have a few more pictures. |

That road is pretty dodgy, so easy to be silly on a fast bike, hence why the coppers love it.

Christ that is one launched bike! Glad your Dad is relatively ok, although its always such a shock to have to come back to an accident with a loved one and not know what the score is.
I have an image of the front end coming up then just shooting out from under him for about 100 yards into the field ![]() |

Oh jeez, that must have been really awefull for you; sometimes my dad shoots off ahead of me, and I worry I'll come round a corner to find him on the floor. I'd be broken if that happened.
Hope your old man gets well soon, maybe he'll calm it down a bit and keep his foot over the rear brake, Max Biaggi (Brno 199 ![]() Matt |

GWS soon....
I go through rear pads like the clappers on the 800, helps keep the front on or near the ground. |
