Might seem a daft question but do you have the aircon on? If I use mine it causes condensation on the inside after it's been parked a while.

What sir needs is a 1996 Ford Maverick. It doesn't have a heated screen, but the inside of the screen doesn't freeze anyway. A bucket of mildly warm water thrown over the screen is enough to de-ice it in the mornings.

Definately moisture in the car. If you can get hold of a whole load of those Scilica Gel packets you get inside shoe boxes put them inside your car and they will soak up the moisture and stop it freezing.
Alternatively a load of salt will do the same trick.

On auto the climate control sticks the aircon on whatever the weather, have to manually switch if off
