Agreed it will push a ton, but it will be gutless and slower to get there than a full powered one. He wouldn't know that until he rides a FP one.

Restricting an IL4 removes the top end power, the SS600 make most of there power at the top end (especially the earlier ones). If you mate couldn't feel the difference then he needs to learn how to twist the throttle, on a 33bhp SS600 there is a huge difference compared to a full power version.
