It ****es me off this- was talking to someone in work today who hasn't told her daughter about sex yet, because she's only 12. Muppet.

I feel so sad for that wee boy, he's a baby himself. Wonder if she will be prosecuted for sex with a minor-you gotta wonder if she was 13 and he was 15 if that would have happened...

I was a dad for the first time at 19, and that was too young.

No prosecution forthcoming.
The police,CPS and social services always look at the individual cases and assess whether it's worth prosecuting. In a case like this, I believe they made the right choice in not prosecuting as it would not help anyone.
It has probably saved us some money.
