Agreed. Reading the story points out that the lady requested, and importantly paid for, a certain item, if they weren't available they shouldn't have been offered, and if such an error does occur then a refund should be made.

But that's not as good a headline is it?

Clearly an overreaction, and daft to call the cops, but the headline is misleading to say the least.

again, that is so much worse than the McDs one! At least the person had a claim of some sort, i.e. paid for goods and not recieved what they paid for. that is just crazy!! they should have forwarded her to the natural selection center were the germans are good at culling people that are less than fit for life.
