Well done, Mr Ed. I was going to put some conveyancing work your way, but the company that I'm buying a house from (it was part-ex'd for a new home) insisted that I use a conveyancing firm that they appointed (to speed things up, they said). I wish that I'd argued this, as this firm turned out to be a bunch of muppets who have made loads of mistakes so far.
