I'd guess... on the bay most places are like £8-10 delivery on a single tyre and combine it if you buy another so it's the same..

So yeah I'd guess.

I got a BT021 put on my back wheel last month (replacing a BT020)- cost £126 fitted. Websites were quoting this just for the tyre, before postage and again fitting (if you're getting someone else to do it).

It might be worth checking with your local tyre fitter for prices first.

BTW- really like the BT021- gives me lots of confidence on corners- wet and dry.

+1 for diablo strada's
i recently got a new rear for £95 and i love the feelin out of it, drifted a wee bit at first, even after a bit of scrubbin in but soon got that sorted, myself and a few friends who use strada's would highly recommend them for the sv!

indeed although I got my tyre sizes mixed up so the price of tyres for the SV went up by a tenner. Still a decent price though.

Cheers Mark.

I not ran a PP back but my front now has done about 7K miles and has a couple left. Granted a rear I wont get much out of, but thats why Pilot Road 2 might work well as they wear almost together. I love the fall in on the tyre's, I like fast steering, I've already jacked the rear up and dropped the front and it feels good.

As to wet grip, I confess I dont push it in the wet as I had a couple of incidents when I was first riding (probably due to bad tyres ironically) but after many miles in the wet I can say they dont push at all.

Thing is does anyone do a Sports touring tyre with slick edges (like roadsmarts) so you have mor grip in dry but with a quick turn in, I've heard the turn in on the Roadsmarts are slow turners so im not too sure... doesnt suit me so much
