sorry i know its a giggle. but .

you shouldnt be on a bicycle on the road when you are over the limit.!
Ok if you fall off in a hedge tough..
but if you aint in control you are a danger to others and could cause a traffic accident with motorised vehicles and death..

nowI know I am usually a laugh and a giggle man myself but this is one of my soap box subjects having a drunk drive accident death in the family ..

you can only be "requested" to provide a sample -not enforcable,if you fail to do so it'll be a report case, but with the courts being as busy as they are any prosecussion should be binned.Jobsworths at it again but still nice for us to be referred to as Pigs-no be that if your old dear gets mugged eh?

but i could have not easily done that if i was on foot?

said before, i've not got a problem with coppers they are doing there job, its just PC/health and safety/nanny state gone mad. I can be over the drink drive limit on 1 pint of premium and yet still be well within my mind, i wasn't so drunk last night that i couldn't walk, if i was i wouldn't have bothered attempting to get home

just my 2p's worth anyway

Drink riding scum like you should be locked up for a long, long time.

imagine you'd hit a kitten, the damage that would have done to your wheels would be unacceptable and are you even insured on someone elses bike?
Disgaracefull begaviour if you ask me.

Wont someone please think of the kittens.
