Oh and I have a pair of Arlen Ness boots. It has the logo on the sole and the heel says Arlen Ness. Not sure if all Arlen Ness boots are like that but these ones are. Hope that helps in some way.

Oh Jo, poor you. I'm so sorry to hear about this . I'll pop in very soon to offer some sympathy - let me know if there's anything I can do to help.

Bar stewards, the lot of them.

It was not a professional job, anyone with vague knowledge of bike gear would not have stolen what they did. I do believe the stuff they stole they assumed was mens clothes (so if you get offered cheap gear in a car park, have a look inside at the label - Alpinestars womes clothes is prefixed 'Stella', richa stuff has the sizing listed prefixed with a 'D' (for Damme), etc.). In addition, any vertical piping from sternum level down on a mans jacket tends to be totally straight, on a womans jacket the piping cuvrves away to the hip.

Provisional list:

- Shoie Raid II Gloss Black XXS (no box)
- Shark SK open face 'Epur', matt grey (S or XS, not sure) (no box)
- Spidi Trackster Lady 2piece suit Black/Silver size 44 (14) Retail £840
- Teknic Viper 1-piece white suit, size 12 uk (says 10 on label US sizes)
- Teknic Venom 2-piece suit Blue, size 14 or 16 (can't remember atm)
- Richa Strike (also called airstrike) ladies jackets (for those that know, both cazza and I have one, it's the one that has the mesh for summer). Mainly black/grey, some just black, about 5 or so gone, not sure of sizes yet (at least one XS).
- Spidi Vaya textile trousers (with removeable waterproof layer) nor sure how many, but 3 or more gone.
- Ixon Desirous Jacket, track style, I think one black/white, one black/white/blue, not sure of sizes, but about 12 and 14
- Teknic Venom Race pant - size 16 (will say 14 on label, US sizes), either black or black/white
- Alpinestars Stella Dyno, Red track leather jacket, sizes 12 and 16
- Draggin Skins (old faded blue style) size 8
- Ixon Luna textile trouser, size 8
- one mannequin that cost more than you think they do, no legs (and no stand, I still have that), compressed white polystyrene body, no head (kind of like what those b*stards will look like if I find them)
- Furygan Winn Lady Textile jacket, one black with white, and I think one black with red (could also be b/w), sixes L and XL I think
- Ixon Challenger trousers - look like cargo pants, size 3XL, may have been a XS too
- Ixon Angelix textile trousers (womens version of the above) numerous sizes
- Spidi Strada glove - race glove hard knuckle, vented inside of fingers. Two pairs I think
- Spada vented race glove (can;t remember name atm) but are black and ghastly pink
- Spidi Z100 Black leather glove, like strada, no hard knuckle or venting.

I can't be sure yet of sizes and exact quantities as it needs a complete stock take and checking over my sales for the last couple of weeks.

There may be more stuff gone, I was still checking, and will carry on tomorrow, but that is the most of it.

If I ever find out who did this, I will march them at knifepoint to their bank to give me back my insurance excess, plus a days lost trade, and then chop their b*llocks off

And I don't give a flying **** who reads this.

Really sorry to hear this. Really winds me up when the good people get stiffed by the bad people.

Don't worry, they'll a hefty dose of community service when they're caught - unless we catch em first.

Sorry, only just realised I did not post this in the Soho section. My shop is Girlsbike2 in Highgate, London (Archway Road, A1).

I'm now contemplating setting off to sit on my bike up the road from my shop in case they come again tonight. I'd take an assault charge just to kick the b*stards in the nuts, repeatedly.

EBAY...watch the pics for anything that looks like yours on a mannequin!

Oh that's where I lived when I first came to England in 1996!

Hope you get it sorted hon, might be worth putting up a 'STOLEN' section in the 'for sale' sections on all the bike forums with descriptions or even better, pics of what was taken.

Bingo! EBAY or local car boot sales (if there are any in your neck of the woods). I doubt they'd move them on straight away, but if you have the time, then I'd deffo be checking EBAY every other day for the next few months.

Hope you get sorted out and that your shop remains safe and they find the little runts!

Sorry to hear about this, boots you described aren't rev'it either they have a logo embossed like the arlen ness ones, checked mine.

eBay really sounds like a good bet von teese, can't imagine why else they'd steal a bloody mannequin!? Did it have expensive kit on it? They might have run out of time or something. Given the sizing of the kit I think it will be hard to sell so eBay sounds very likely, if they'd stolen average sizes (particularly mens) it would be pretty easy to flog.
