There is also the option of not crashing! It does matter if you crash, even at a track day. It can bloody hurt and cost alot of money. Put crashing out of your mind completely and focus all your attention on making the bike do what you want it to.

Build up slowly and your confidence will return, its just a machine on a piece of tarmac and it will do what you tell it within reason. Taking it to a track day might do more bad than good unless you are able to stay within a fairly slow or predictable group, ideally a track day focussed on novice riders. The last thing you need is somebody zipping past you while you are trying to gain confidence.

I dont think they do no, they do host ACU test days but you need a valid race licence to attend those.

exactly flymo the idea of someone (the likes of madman hovis springs to mind) hammering down the inside of me in a corner is less that appealing alas im not rich enough to get a track for myself for a day (its **** being poor) but (and i hope this makes sence) now novice is your standard novice td ,i have heard a few stories that dont fill me with confidance, and do you have any recommendations of well run days by a/multiple companies
