the carbs are help onto the intake ducts bye a screw clip....... the intake ducts are located directly beneath the carb bodys, you need to lossent he clips and pull the carbs upwards.

you may need to remove the fairing sidepanels to get to be able to see under the carbs, i had to for the curvy

then look down the intact ducts and you should see the washers, they should be on the top

Are you sure your bike is not restricted through the ecu? That is normal thing for injected SV...
