Going by the fact that I was filling up @ the BP at the end of Daveprestons road (sorry Dave, hot date with GP, so no time for tea, but the fuel WAS 7p/liter cheaper than the "proper" motorway services) at 12:30, and that I did London to Daves in about 4 hours on Thursday night. that makes it do-able in 10 hours if you do A90/A74(M)/M6/M1

So I just did 1400 miles in 4 days, including surviving Davepreston extremely generous (as in up to 4:30am generous) horsebrutality, erm hospitality.

I think I am allowed one (now corrected) typo - and any others that are in the original can also be overlooked
