But a 2001 or later Firestorm is the current choice. Not ferawhile tho- gonna get maximum value out of the SV (and no claims!)...

i love the speed triple but I do too many motorways for a naked to be practical.

So the sensible choice is... the new hayabusa. Don't like the older shape ones for some reason.

At the moment i've got the summer fun bike - Street Triple
And not long since bought the workhorse - SV650s

I wouldn't mind in a few years to get a nice Triumph Tiger, I don't know why but i really like them and the idea of them.

Did think about it and talked to him a bit, but realistically I can't afford a change until next year. By which time MrsT will have her licence and take on my SV.

The speed triple tickles my fancy as does a KTM supermoto type thing but I can't see me getting rid of the Duke for a long time yet.

Has to be a KTM RC8 or an aprilia RS250

ooh and a tuned rebuilt TL motor for my strom!

I love the SV, mainly cos of the engine, but being a forty something I find it a bit of a pain (literally) after a couple of hours in the saddle, so I've decided that I'll stay with the engine but go with something a bit more comfy - planning on a V-strom but I've never ridden one yet so I'll have a test ride and see if the practice matches the theory.
